We currently ship to Germany and the EU. Shipping to other countries is available on request.
Shipping Costs
📦 Shipping within Germany
- Flat-rate shipping cost: €5.90.
- Free shipping for orders over €30.
📦 Shipping within the EU
- Flat-rate shipping cost: €14.90.
- Free shipping for orders over €100.
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on the destination:
- Germany: usually 1–2 business days
- EU & other countries: usually 2–8 business days
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with all relevant information.
Parcel Status and Tracking
With the shipping confirmation we will send you the tracking number. You can then check the current status of your delivery at any time via the DHL portal.
Returns
If you wish to return or exchange an order, you bear the return shipping cost of €5.90. This also applies to undeliverable parcels due to non-collection at post offices or Packstations.
We are happy to provide a return label and will deduct the return shipping cost from your refund. If an order is returned to us due to non-collection, it will be cancelled and the incurred shipping costs will be deducted accordingly.
