We ship to Germany and Denmark. Other countries on request.
Shipping costs
📦 Shipping within Germany
- Flat shipping cost of €6.90.
- Free shipping on orders from €49.
📦 Shipping to Denmark
- Flat shipping cost of €13.90.
- Free shipping on orders from €99.
- Deliveries to islands without a bridge or ferry link in the DHL network can take a few days longer.
Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the destination:
- Germany: usually 1 to 2 working days
- Denmark: usually 2 to 4 working days
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with all the relevant information.
Parcel status and tracking
With the shipping confirmation we send you the tracking number. You can check the current status of your delivery at any time via the DHL portal.
Returns
If you want to return an order, you bear the return shipping cost of €6.90 (Germany) or €13.90 (Denmark). This also applies to undeliverable parcels that were not collected from post offices or parcel lockers.
We are happy to provide a return label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refund. If an order is returned because it was not collected, it will be cancelled and the shipping costs incurred will be deducted accordingly.
