Information on the procedures used to verify the authenticity of customer reviews in accordance with Section 5b (3) of the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG)

The reviews and star ratings shown on our website are collected and displayed via the review service Judge.me. Reviews can be submitted both after an automatic or manual invitation following an order and without a prior invitation.

Invitations may also relate to orders received through other sales channels we use and subsequently imported into our order system. A verified review therefore does not necessarily require a purchase made directly via hundekau.de.

Judge.me marks reviews as "Verified" when they can be matched to a confirmed order. For reviews without this label, it is not guaranteed that the reviewer bought from us or actually used the product.

All reviews are automatically checked by Judge.me for suspicious patterns and policy violations. Positive and negative reviews are published alike, provided they do not violate the Judge.me guidelines. We do not select reviews by star rating and we do not alter them.
